Features Record and analyze your sleep, track your snoring habits, and get personalized insights and recommendations to improve your sleep quality.
Pros Easy to use, provides detailed data and insights, helps identify and reduce snoring.
Cons May not be accurate for all users, requires a consistent sleep schedule for effective tracking, and some features require a paid subscription.

Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “This is great app with lots of bugs. Considering that this is a paid app, it should be relatively mature and bug-free. It is not. Results and trends do not match. My snorescore might be a 3 in the results but a 7 in the trends. When I go thru my nightly recordings, I have to "X out" a lot of audios thay aren't snoring but me moving in bed or wind noise. Thats not a problem, but the app does not account for the time identified manually as not snoring.” – 3/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “EDIT: Based on my snore score improvement I had a new sleep study done and I no longer have sleep apnea (I went from a 72 to a 4)! ORIGINAL: Very pleased with the features and capabilities of the paid version. The free version works, but the upgrade is well worth the price. I have started intermittent fasting and it is fascinating to see the results on my snoring. I have dropped from a snore score of around 70 down to 3.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “I like it. Its great for former smokers Update: I love it. I wound up buying the infinity version. I have recommended it to my loved ones. Infinity Guru even has the buteyko method and you can set reminders. You can do breathing exercise for energy, calm, relax, or to clear the mind and a lot more. I did keep the free version for quite a few months before buying the infinity version but I should have bought it sooner, I just did not realize how much more you get with the paid version and it's really not so expensive. It has many languages to choose from, even Finnish so to try it for free is not an issue for those non-English speakers.” – 5/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “Very pleased and impressed with this app! It offers many breathing methods for a variety of needs (eg, relax, anti-stress, harmony, clear mind, and more), and this is in the free version! Also, you can choose from a few sounds for background, transitions, metronome, etc. The "guru" version offers more topics, sounds and other features which I might purchase. But the free version is solid - and no ads! A first-class app for sure.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Pros Easy to use, provides personalized coaching, helps you track your progress.
Cons May not be compatible with all CPAP machines, some users have reported issues with syncing data.

Comments and Reviews from users:

Alex Gordin: “The app doesn't understand that a person could possibly sleep past 11am. If you are sleeping continuously, it abruptly cuts off tracking for the previous night at 11am and starts counting again at 11am as the next night. This leads to absurd reports such as sleeping for only 15 or 35 minutes. Also, the amount of data you get is very barebones. Would love more details like how much air flow the machine used if it's set to variable.” – 3/5 in Play Store

Ivr Win: “My device stopped sending data. Unplugged it, reset, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Nothing helps. Update: Was only getting one bar on the display. Before this, I was getting at least two bars. No data has been sent since Feb. 1. Plugged my machine into a power inverter in my car and drove to town. There, I got 3-4 bars. So perhaps the cell service has changed in my area, and no longer sufficient to support a good connection for my machine. Still no data.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

Em Black: “It's great but I wish there was an option to turn off the little graphic that pops up with "well done" at the end of a session. When using my phone's dark mode at night, that little peaceful cartoon person popping up exactly in the spot I've been focusing is eye-searing in brightness. It hurts a bit, when I suffer migraines.” – 4/5 in Play Store

M L: “Outstanding app. I love it. My favorite feature is that I can customize the duration of the inhale, exhale and pause etc.. it is very useful for me. I am not subscribed yet so I can't say about that part. But all the rest is awesome. Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “Lost all but 3 of my verified and synced dives. Incorrect amount of dives recorded, regardless of editing it on the website (I made one in error, deleted it and it is still counting it towards my total.) Dives that were verified by my instructor didn't appear correctly on the app or the website. Overall, difficult to use. I am just going to use my physical log book.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Chris J. Kotrodimos: “I wish the app had all the same info to fill out as the SSI paper dive log. Especially weight you used & if you need to try more/less. Would also like to see all the dive information with 1 click, instead of 2 for the details, where you can no longer see depth & time. Like the list of wildlife to record what you saw. Would be nice to have ID photos, or way to post your own photo. Built in dive table calcs would be nice too. Perfect app would sync with all dive computers.” – 3/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

A Google user: “so far so good. the only issue I have found is when I set the setting to use the sensor on my phone, it turns on the flashlight which is right above the heart rate sensor on my S7 which ends up burning my finger so I can't use it which is the only reason I don't give it 4-5 star. hope you guys can fix this bug as I really enjoy the app!” – 3/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “Great so far. In 3 days I have doubled my breath holding time (complete beginner). Only suggestion to app interface is when creating a new table, the trashcan for deleting a row gets covered up by the add new row button and is difficult to press. Might want to relocate 1 of the 2. Thanks so much for your work!” – 4/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “EXACTLY what I was looking for. I know about meditation & stuff, I just wanted a breathing tool like the robot in Woebot, but without having a conversation first. I'm using the free version, but I looked at the subscription price, and it's far more reasonable than the fancy meditation apps that are listed as editor's choice. I can stop downloading and uninstalling now!” – 5/5 in Play Store

A Google user: “so far i love it, have tried the free version. however i have one major complaint. ill be using this app throughout the day to help me deal with pain and Anxiety, but especially at night to help relax and fall asleep. when the background music is on, and the breathing session ends, the music and screen remains on. thus, i am later woken up and have to turn this off. i would far prefer that the music ends when the breathing session ends so if i fall asleep i dont wake up later and waste battery” – 4/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

Carlos Irineu: “It's an understated program that lets you focus on breathing, instead of making you continuously listen to someone speaking. (I understand some people need that, and it's ok, but there's a moment where silence matters more.) Don't be put off by the eventual lack of your favorite 7/2/9.5/3 pattern - you can program it! You can turn off the voice and the metronome, and you'll never get lost while meditating because the sound is a very clear cue. I think it's all you need to breathe and relax.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Michael Kübler: “Individual breathing rhythm, no payment for that, no irritating ads, easy to handle, no unnecessary functions. Right to the point. Where can I pay sth for this valuable item? I would recommend voluntary payment.” – 5/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

Deviant Diva: “So far so good. I've been using this app for a couple of nights now. On the very first night, there was A Lot of gagging reflex with some of the exercises, but for the 1st time in years, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night chocking on my own lack of breath. It's now the 3rd night and there was little to no gag reflex while doing the exercises! Wake up feeling much better!” – 5/5 in Play Store

Christopher Roberson: “The exercises are scientifically supported and simple to do. Users should experience obvious results from the outset. The workout is long enough to be effective but short enough to feel doable. The app seems to have a very idiosyncratic notion of how to calculate a "streak," which is my biggest complaint.” – 4/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

Bing Surjawan: “The training session is exactly as per web version and needed internet connection. But when the resources like the RDP tables and mRDPml calculator, after downloaded still requires internet, that makes this app of not much use. I plan on using the calculator in a boat somewhere on a dive location i middle of the sea but since internet connection required, this app is just not much of a use. Back to the web version and better save the phone resources for other apps.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Angelia Thao: “Downloaded it as it recommended over the website if you don't have a reliable internet connection. After logging in and downloading the content, I tested by turning on airplane mode and closing the app down and then opening it back up. I was able to get in without logging in but when I attempted to start a course. The screen throws a giant black window with a message telling me they don't detect and internet connection and to check my internet connection to resume! Why bother?” – 2/5 in Play Store

Comments and Reviews from users:

Alexander Patrakov: “This app uses a strange formula for the O2 tables. These are the tables where the breath hold duration is progressively increased, but the rest time between the breath holds stays constant. The strange and objectionable thing is that the first breath holds are really short (15 seconds is your personal best is 2 minutes). This provides zero training value and does not serve any adaptation purposes. In other words, the first few holds are, essentially, wasted time.” – 2/5 in Play Store

Clark Polk: “Good basic program to practice and increase your apnea time. I would like for the screen to go blank and to do my breathing with just the audio. Glad to support this developer!” – 5/5 in Play Store
